We are a dispute resolutions service that specialises in financial advice disputes. Clients who have suffered financially from poor or unethical financial advice are in many instances unaware they have a claim for compensation. Many clients are uncomfortable approaching their adviser regarding the advice they have received. FSC provides an end-to-end dispute resolution service to investors where we assess and manage claims for compensation.

Our financial services personnel have extensive experience in the financial planning industry ranging from small independent firms to bank owned financial planning businesses. This broad range of experience gives FSC an insight into practices and structures of financial planning firms, and the ability to isolate the areas that would be most worthy of claim.

Resolutions?

We seek to obtain a resolution by mediation or litigation. Mediation is our preference, however, should a litigation based process be pursued, we consult with law firms that can litigate matters on either an individual case basis, or as part of a test case.
